Important Health Tips
These pictures will speak. You should simply follow the instructions. Here are some additional instructions you should follow:
1. Do not drink coffee more than once a day
2. Go for a walk 20-30 minutes daily
3. Do not have huge meals at Night
4. Reduce the intake amount of fat and oily food
5. Drink more water minimum 2 liters a day

Asoka Halwa preparation
First we start with a sweet. This is called Asoka Halwa. The taste is delicious and it is also good for health.
Things we need
Moong Dal 1 cup
Wheat Flour 1 cup
Sugar 4 cups
Ghee 3 cups
Milk 2 cups
Cardamom 1 tps.
Cashew nuts 10
Cook moong Dal with milk in a pressure cooker. Keep it cool and add sugar in it and place it in a mixe and grind it to paste.
Take thick bottom Kadai and add 1 cup of ghee and Wheat flour fry it 5 minutes. Now add the moong Dal paste and 2 cups of ghee. Mix it well in the medium flame. It will take 15 minutes you get the halwa consistency. If the sides are leaving remove it from the flame and put cardamom powder and fried cashew nuts in it and spread the halwa in a greased plate. Your Asoka Halwa is ready to eat.
